Car park brief: simplex channel, backup channel, who speaks at crossings, and a radio check before the bitumen ends. Duplex stays a named decision.
And a “last vehicle calls clear” habit so the lead does not invent a gap.
Squelch so high you hear nothing is how convoys ghost each other. I will add a squelch check to the two-minute brief.
